Autohaus Südring Gmbh

I was at the Südring car dealership today and I was completely thrilled. Since I own a lot of cars, I have had a lot of contact with car dealerships and car sellers in the past. However, what I experienced today was by far the best car purchase I have ever made I would like to thank you very much for this and congratulate the management on having such great staff like Mr. Bodenstab. Mr. Bodenstab enjoys his work, you can tell that and you always feel like you're in good hands with him. He works very professionally but is also really exemplary as a person and professionally. It couldn't be better! The whole process was really great! Because of this great experience, I would discuss future purchasing intentions with Autohaus Südring again at any time. Thank you for the wonderful experience and brilliant professional expertise. Conclusion: If you are looking for a great vehicle at a good rate, you are in the best hands here!

Hand over the vehicle for HU/AU and service, €1200... so far so good. Got a call that my car was leaking oil, the engine compartment was oily. Would cost me €800. Okay, it has to be done, I thought. Picked it up and then the day after the coolant light came on and I had to refill it. So 1 month later, the oil light comes on as always after about the same number of km. Virtually nothing has changed except that I am €800 poorer.

I bought a Tiguan. I was advised by Mr Adam-Scharf. He was very friendly and gave me very good advice. My wishes were met very much. So 5 stars for that. I am absolutely satisfied. The only somewhat negative aspect was installing App Connect. Unfortunately, I have to tell VW it's not working yet. But the car dealership can't do anything about it. The car dealership doesn't earn anything from it but supports you with the installation. I don't think it's that well solved. But as I said, otherwise top, trustworthy and highly recommended.
